3D Typography

Nested Typography | 3D Print | Shapr3D

“Holy hierarchy issues!” is a catchphrase I coined this semester. I use it when a design feels drowned in content and doesn’t have a focal point. Using this quote, I created a typographical vector piece and extruded it in Shapr3D to make it three dimensional. The final result is a 3D printed piece!

For this design, I wanted to make the heights of the letters random, stair stepped, and slightly confusing to capture the idea of hierarchy issues.
