Smart Way had mastered the art of being overlooked on the grocery shelf. But not anymore! This project focused on repositioning the brand from a value tier private label to a national brand equivalent through a comprehensive package redesign. The process included market research, concept development, design pitches, and a full system applied across three physical and three digital mockups.
